Ben's Original, formerly known as Uncle Ben's, is a globally recognized brand of rice and related food products. The brand was first introduced in 1943 by Converted Rice Inc., which later became part of Mars, Incorporated. It gained fame for its parboiled rice process, which helped preserve vitamins in the grain. In 2020, following global discussions regarding racial stereotypes in branding, Mars announced it would evolve the brand name to Ben's Original and remove the associated imagery.

Today, Ben's Original is produced in several locations around the world to serve local markets, including major facilities in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. The brand remains a core pillar of the Mars Food & Nutrition segment, maintaining a dominant market share in the parboiled and ready-to-heat rice categories across Western markets.
