Redbreast Lustau Edition Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Redbreast is iconic for being the largest selling Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey in the world. Originally launched by W.A. Gilbey & Sons, a Dublin-based wine and spirit merchant in 1912, the brand was nicknamed 'The Priest’s Bottle' because of its unique shape. It has long been associated with the Midleton Distillery, where it continues to be distilled today.

The Lustau Edition featured here is a unique collaboration between Midleton Distillery and the Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain. This specific expression is finished in first-fill sherry butts seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Lustau, highlighting the deep heritage of the brand's maturation process. Today, the brand is a pillar of the Irish Distillers portfolio, which operates under the ownership of the global spirits giant Pernod Ricard.
