Majes-T is a premium tea brand developed by the renowned Belgian coffee roaster, Rombouts. While the tea leaves for the Gunpowder variety are primarily sourced from China, the final product is processed and packaged in Belgium. Rombouts, famously known as a Purveyor to the Royal Household of Belgium, created Majes-T to cater to the hospitality sector and discerning tea drinkers with Organic and Fairtrade certified blends.

The brand remains under the ownership of Malongo-Rombouts, a trans-European coffee and tea company. Since the late 20th century, Rombouts (Belgium) and Malongo (France) have been deeply integrated under a single family-controlled ownership structure, ensuring that the brand maintains its European heritage and focuses on high-quality, ethically sourced products.
