Unibroue is a celebrated craft brewery established in 1990 in Chambly, Quebec, Canada. It gained international fame for its traditional Belgian-style ales, such as Fin du Monde and Maudite, which helped pioneer the North American market's appreciation for bottle-fermented beers. The brand is deeply rooted in Quebecois culture, often naming its beers after local legends and historical figures.

While the brewery remains based in Quebec, its ownership has shifted through several major transitions over the years. In 2004, Unibroue was acquired by Ontarian brewer Sleeman Breweries. Shortly thereafter, in 2006, the parent company Sleeman Breweries was acquired by Sapporo Holdings Ltd. of Japan. Today, Unibroue operates as a flagship craft brand within the Sapporo global portfolio, maintaining its traditional brewing site in Chambly while benefiting from an international distribution network.
