Russian Standard Gold is a premium vodka brand that was introduced in 1998 by the Roustam Tariko. The brand is celebrated for adhering to the high standards of vodka production set by the famous Russian scientist Dmitri Mendeleev in 1894 for the Russian Empire. It is produced using 100% Russian winter wheat and soft water from Lake Ladoga North of St. Petersburg.

All production and bottling take place at a state-of-the-art distillery in Saint Petersburg, Russia. This allows the brand to maintain complete control over the quality of the ingredients and the distillation process. Despite geopolitical market shifts and sanctions in various Western markets in recent years, the brand continues its operations under the umbrella of its parent company.

The brand is owned by Roust Corporation, which is one of the largest integrated spirits producers and distributors in Central and Eastern Europe and the second-largest vodka producer in the world. Roust is headquartered in Moscow and operates several production sites while maintaining a significant distribution network across the globe.
