While the brand's heart remains in the Italian Dolomites, manufacturing occurs in several locations across Europe and Asia, particularly in Moldova and Vietnam, depending on the specific textile technology required. In 2021, the brand underwent a significant corporate change when it was acquired by the Herno Group (controlled by Claudio Marenzi) in partnership with Nuo Capital. This acquisition aimed to expand its international presence while maintaining the brand's technical identity and heritage in human-centric design.
