The ultimate owner of the Cien brand is the Schwarz Group, a family-owned multinational retail group. Headquartered in Neckarsulm, Germany, the Schwarz Group is one of the largest retailers in the world, also owning the Kaufland hypermarket chain. The brand continues to expand its presence across all international markets where Lidl operates.
