In 2006, the Swiss company Mondaine Watch Ltd. acquired a fifty percent stake in the brand, and by 2016, Mondaine assumed full ownership. This transition effectively moved the brand's headquarters and administrative core to Switzerland, solidifying its identity as a Swiss-owned and manufactured label. Today, Luminox continues to be a main pillar of the Mondaine Group's portfolio, maintaining its reputation for durability and tactical utility.
