Active O2 is a popular functional water brand produced by Adelholzener Alpenquellen GmbH. Introduced in 2001, it is based on pure mineral water from the Bavarian Alps and is distinctive for its added oxygen content and sport-lock cap.

The technical production process takes place in Adelholzener's facility in Bad Adelholzen, Germany. Since its launch, the brand has expanded internationally to over 30 countries. The brand remains under the ultimate ownership of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul, a unique Catholic religious order that uses the business profits to support social welfare facilities like hospitals and nursing homes.
