Paul Frank is a global lifestyle brand best known for its whimsical designs and its iconic mascot, Julius the Monkey. Founded in 1995 in a Huntington Beach garage, the brand quickly rose to international fame for its playful aesthetic that appealed to both children and adults. What began as handmade gifts such as wallets and handbags evolved into a full-scale fashion and accessories label.

Over the years, the ownership of the Paul Frank brand has transitioned significantly. In 2010, the brand was acquired by Saban Brands. However, in 2020, Futurity Brands AG, a global brand management company based in Switzerland, acquired the intellectual property of Paul Frank. Today, the manufacturing of the wide range of Paul Frank products—including apparel, stationery, and home goods—is outsourced to various international locations, predominantly in Asia, to serve a global market.
