SVR is a French dermo-cosmetic brand founded in 1962 by Simone and Robert Véret. The brand is well-known for producing high-quality skincare solutions specifically formulated for sensitive and reactive skin. The 'Sun Secure' line focused on high sun protection while maintaining skin-friendly ingredients. SVR formulations are largely manufactured in France to maintain pharmaceutical standards. Since 2014, the laboratory was acquired by Didier Tabary (honorary president of Filorga) and is now part of the wider Group HLD portfolio, which focuses on developing European companies internationally while preserving their French pharmaceutical heritage.
