In 2020, Lion Dairy & Drinks was acquired by Bega Cheese Limited, a prominent Australian dairy manufacturer headquartered in Bega, New South Wales. This acquisition returned the brand to Australian ownership, where it remains a key part of Bega’s extensive dairy and snack portfolio.
