Starting in 2024 and moving toward 2026, Unilever has initiated a strategic separation of its entire ice cream division into a standalone entity. This means Magnum is now part of the world's largest independent ice cream business, still headquartered in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands depending on corporate restructuring, aimed at maximizing growth for its high-end confectionery brands.
