FIJI Water Artesian Water

FIJI Water is a premium brand of bottled water that is sourced, bottled, and shipped directly from the island of Viti Levu in Fiji. The water is drawn from a natural artesian aquifer located deep below the earth's surface, protected by layers of volcanic rock, which lends the water its unique mineral profile including a high concentration of silica.

Founded in 1996 by Canadian businessman David Gilmour, the brand was created to bring the pristine water of the Fiji Islands to the global market. The business was later acquired in 2004 by Stewart and Lynda Resnick through their holding company. Today, it stands as one of the most recognizable bottled water brands in the world, known for its distinctive square bottle design and the iconic hibiscus flower logo.

The brand is currently owned by The Wonderful Company, a privately held American corporation. Despite its global distribution and American ownership, all FIJI Water products continue to be bottled exclusively at the source in the Yaqara Valley on the northern island of Viti Levu to maintain the integrity of its artesian origin.
