While the brand originated as an independent Swedish company, it was acquired by the Amer Sports group in 2018. Amer Sports itself was subsequently acquired by a consortium led by ANTA Sports. Today, Peak Performance products are manufactured across a global supply chain, primarily in Asia (including China and Vietnam) and Europe, ensuring high technical standards for their commuters and outdoor collections.
