Vinturi is a pioneer in the wine accessory market, best known for its patented wine aerator that uses the Venturi effect to instantly oxygenate wine as it is poured. The brand was founded in 2007 by Rio Sabadicci, an electrical engineer who sought to eliminate the hours-long traditional decanting process. By engineering a device that draws in air through tiny holes as liquid speeds up through a narrowed section, Sabadicci created a tool that enhances the flavors and aromas of wine in seconds.

Originally based in California, the brand's rapid growth led to its acquisition by Focus Products Group International in 2013, which provided the scale necessary for global distribution. In March 2017, the brand was acquired by The Legacy Companies, a Florida-based conglomerate specializing in kitchen and hospitality brands.

Manufacturing for Vinturi products has historically involved specialized plastic injection molding techniques to ensure precision within five one-thousandths of an inch. While the brand originated and was engineered in the United States, production is conducted through a global supply chain to meet international demand, with components and final assembly occurring in various locations including the U.S. and overseas facilities managed by The Legacy Companies.
