Other manufacturing hubs include Indonesia and Cambodia to ensure supply chain flexibility.

Historically a family-led public company, a significant shift in ownership occurred in September 2025 when the private equity firm 3G Capital completed a multi-billion dollar acquisition of Skechers U.S.A., Inc. Following this acquisition, the company transitioned from being traded on the New York Stock Exchange to becoming a privately held entity under 3G Capital's control, though the Greenberg family remains in key leadership positions to oversee the brand's continued growth.
