The brand's identity is deeply rooted in British craftsmanship, with its primary manufacturing operations based in workshops across the West Country of England, specifically in areas like Wiltshire, Lancashire, and Mid Glamorgan.

While the majority of their collection is handcrafted in the UK using traditional techniques passed down through generations, the brand has expanded to include a selection of ready-to-deliver furniture sourced from international artisan workshops. Willow & Hall remains a privately owned company, with founder Sarah Massouh continuing to serve as the Managing Director. The brand operates primarily as an e-commerce retailer but established a physical presence with a showroom in London to allow customers to experience the materials and design in person.
