The products are primarily manufactured in Amman, Jordan. Mezete utilizes pioneering UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) and aseptic packaging technology—often in partnership with Tetra Pak—to achieve a long shelf life of up to 18 months without the need for refrigeration or artificial preservatives. This innovation has allowed the brand to expand its reach to over 50 countries, including major markets in Europe, North America, and Australia.

Owned by the Kasih family and led by CEO Khaled Kasih, the brand represents a fusion of traditional family recipes and modern food science. While the manufacturing remains centered in Jordan, the brand works with various international distributors like Manassen Foods in Australia and Conaxess Trade in Europe to manage regional availability.
