Gavmild is a Danish insurance intermediary brand that provides a wide range of personal insurance products, including car, home, travel, and accident insurance. Founded in August 2024 by Morten Kent Eschen, the brand positioned itself as a transparent and digital-first alternative to traditional Danish insurance companies, emphasizing the elimination of hidden fees and long binding periods.

While Gavmild operates as the customer-facing brand and agent, the actual insurance risks are underwritten by Eir Försäkring AB, a Swedish insurance carrier headquartered in Stockholm. The administrative handling of claims is managed through a partnership with easySure. Gavmild is owned by Gavmild Forsikringsformidling ApS, a Danish company with several legal and ultimate owners, primarily Danish investors and holding companies such as Otto Thirteen ApS and LÜTH INVEST ApS.
