Royco is a well-known brand of instant soups and seasonings primarily active in the European and African markets. In the Benelux region, Royco is a leading name in the 'cup-a-soup' category, marketed with the 'Soeper pauze' (Super break) slogan to emphasize its role as a quick, warm snack during work or study breaks.

The brand has a complex corporate history. It was originally a product of Unilever. However, due to European competition regulations following Unilever's acquisition of Bestfoods in 2000, the brand was divested in several European countries (including Belgium and France) to the Campbell Soup Company in 2001. In 2013, Campbell's European simple-meals business was sold to CVC Capital Partners, forming Continental Foods. Finally, in 2019, Continental Foods was acquired by the Spanish multinational GBfoods.

Today, Royco products for the Belgian and Dutch markets are primarily produced in Belgium, specifically at the GBfoods manufacturing site in Puurs-Sint-Amands. While the brand name is used by Unilever in other parts of the world like Africa, in Europe, it is an integral part of the GBfoods portfolio.
