Raymon Bicycles, often stylized as R Raymon, is a German bicycle brand that has recently regained its status as an independent, family-owned enterprise. Founded in 2017 by industry veterans Susanne and Felix Puello—descendants of a century-old German cycling legacy—the brand was initially part of the Pexco group. In 2019, it was acquired by the Austrian conglomerate Pierer Mobility AG (known for KTM motorcycles). However, in a significant strategic shift finalized in March 2025, the founders Susanne and Felix Puello repurchased the brand in its entirety.
Today, Raymon operates out of its historical base in Schweinfurt, Germany, which serves as its central hub for design, engineering, and development. The brand is particularly renowned for its extensive lineup of electric mountain bikes (e-MTBs), trekking e-bikes, and city bikes, often featuring high-end drive systems from partners like Yamaha, Bosch, and ZF. While the core engineering and key assembly processes are rooted in Germany to ensure quality and precision, the brand utilizes a global supply chain for components, positioning itself as a premium yet accessible choice in the European cycling market.
