Fiorentini Si&No is a health-focused snack produced by the Italian company Fiorentini Alimentari S.p.A. Founded in 1918 in Turin by Leonildo Fiorentini, the brand began as a small specialty food shop specializing in exotic and ethnic ingredients like couscous and spices. Over a century later, it has evolved into a leading European manufacturer of healthy bread substitutes and snacks.
The product is manufactured in Italy at the company's state-of-the-art production facility in Trofarello, near Turin. This plant, operational since 2020, utilizes Industry 4.0 technology to ensure high quality and efficient production of organic, gluten-free, and vegan snacks. These specific 'Si&No' triangles are made using non-fried organic pseudo-cereals like buckwheat (saraceno), quinoa, and amaranth.
Today, Fiorentini remains a family-owned business, managed by the third and fourth generations of the Fiorentini family. While they source certain specialty raw materials like quinoa globally to meet demand, the manufacturing and brand management remain firmly rooted in the Piedmont region of Italy, distributing to over 50 countries worldwide.
