Khor Ice (originally marketed as Khortytsa Ice) is a premium Ukrainian vodka recognized for its innovative temperature-sensitive packaging and smooth botanical profile. Founded in 1998 by entrepreneur Yevhen Chernyak, the brand is named after the historic Khortytsia Island, often called the 'heart of Ukraine.' The 'Ice' expression is uniquely crafted using a corn-based spirit infused with mint and linden flower extracts, providing a cooling, crisp sensation that distinguishes it from traditional unflavored vodkas.

The product is manufactured at the high-tech Khortytsa Distillery located in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. This facility utilizes artesian water and advanced multi-stage filtration—including quartz sand and birch charcoal—to ensure high purity. One of its most famous features is the thermochromic bottle, which changes color when chilled to the ideal serving temperature of 5°C (41°F).
