JOOP! is a prestigious German designer brand established in 1986 by fashion designer Wolfgang Joop in Hamburg. Known for its upscale casual wear, denim, and widely successful fragrance lines, the brand quickly transitioned from a cult label to a global lifestyle brand. Wolfgang Joop added the exclamation mark to the brand name to distinguish it from himself as an artist.

Starting as a designer label, the company underwent several ownership changes. In 2001, Wolfgang Joop sold his remaining shares and exited the company. Since 2008, JOOP! has been fully owned by the Swiss-based Holy Fashion Group, founded by Jochen and Uwe Holy, the former owners of Hugo Boss. While the brand's creative and management hub is located in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, its production is distributed across several countries. Its manufacturing network is international, sourcing high-quality materials from countries like Italy, Egypt, and Turkey, and utilizing specialized production facilities worldwide for its various lines such as menswear, jeans, and accessories.
