NY&Company (New York & Company) is an American retail brand specializing in women's fashion and workwear. Originally founded in 1918 as Lerner Shops, it has a long history in the American retail landscape, evolving into New York & Company in the 1990s. The brand is known for its stylish professional attire and celebrity collaborations, such as the Eva Mendes collection.

While the brand was born and remains headquartered in New York City, it no longer operates brick-and-mortar stores, having transitioned to an exclusive e-commerce model following corporate restructuring. Manufacturing of its apparel and accessories is outsourced to multiple countries globally, common for large-scale fashion retailers, to balance cost and production scale. As of the early 2020s, the brand is owned by ADJHA NY&Co. LLC, following the bankruptcy and asset sale of its previous parent company, RTW Retailwinds.
