Today, Carmencita remains a family-owned business, operated by the third generation of the Navarro family under the corporate name Jesús Navarro, S.A. The company is headquartered in Novelda, where it operates one of Europe's largest and most modern spice production facilities. While Carmencita sources raw materials from various regions to ensure global supply—including high-quality saffron from traditional growing areas—the final processing, quality control, and packaging primarily take place at their Spanish facilities, making it a quintessentially Spanish product.
