Magefesa is a historic Spanish kitchenware brand founded in 1948 in Alergi, Spain. It became globally famous for its high-quality pressure cookers and stainless steel cookware. Following a major financial restructuring and the closure of its original Basque manufacturing facility in 2013, the brand and its intellectual property were acquired by the Rhointer Group.

Today, Magefesa products are manufactured through a mix of domestic and international production. While premium lines, specifically professional stainless steel items and pressure cookers, are produced in Spain (notably at the Eskoriatza and Gernika plants following the acquisition of the manufacturer Alza), other product lines are often sourced from manufacturing facilities in Asia to maintain competitive pricing. The brand remains under the ultimate ownership of the Rhointer-Cantra industrial group, which manages its distribution across more than 50 countries.
