Melinda Mousse mela Golden e fragola

Melinda Mousse is a premium fruit puree developed by the Consorzio Melinda, a major Italian agricultural cooperative based in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. This specific product, featuring Golden Delicious apples and strawberries, is made from 100% fruit with no added sugars or artificial flavors, leveraging the high-quality produce grown in the Val di Non and Val di Sole valleys.

The production is handled by Melinda Lab, the processed-food division of the consortium. In 2022, the consortium fully integrated its snack production by acquiring AD Chini, a long-term partner specializing in fruit-based snacks. Today, the mousse is packaged at dedicated facilities in Cles (Trento), ensuring a short supply chain from the orchards to the final container. The brand remains under the collective ownership of over 4,000 local farming families organized into 16 cooperatives, representing a significant model of sustainable and territory-linked Italian agriculture.
