Toms (part of Toms Group) is a historic Danish confectionery brand established in 1924 by pharmacists Hans Trojel and Victor Hans Meyer. The brand name is derived from the first letters of their surnames (Trojel and Meyer). It is most famous for iconic products like the Giant Turtle (Skildpadde) and the Yankie Bar.

Historically, the company expanded through strategic acquisitions, including the famous Anthon Berg brand in 1954 and Galle & Jessen in 1971. In 1962, the company moved into a landmark factory in Ballerup designed by the renowned architect Arne Jacobsen, which remains its headquarters today.

While primary manufacturing still occurs in Denmark (at the Ballerup and Hvidovre facilities), Toms Group also operates production sites in Poland and Germany (following the acquisition of Hachez). The company is uniquely owned by the 'Gerda og Victor B. Strands Fond' (Toms Foundation), a charitable foundation established in 1974 to ensure the company's long-term independence and to support social and cultural causes.
