Deroni Lutenitsa is a traditional Bulgarian vegetable spread made predominantly from roasted peppers and tomatoes. The brand was established in 1991 and has since become one of the most prominent food producers in Bulgaria. This specific product, 'Phinosmlyana Domashna' (Finely Ground Homemade), is part of a wide portfolio that includes various textures and recipes ranging from mild to spicy.

The production of Deroni products is characterized by a 'closed cycle' business model. The company grows the majority of its own raw materials, such as peppers and tomatoes, in the 'Deroni Gardens' located in the Upper Thracian Valley. The vegetables are then processed in the company's own specialized factories to ensure quality control from seed to jar.

Deroni is an independent Bulgarian company owned by its founders and is headquartered in Haskovo. It operates three major production facilities in Stara Zagora and Haskovo, which are certified to international food safety standards (ISO and IFS).
