Today, the product range extends far beyond Yorkshire puddings to include a variety of frozen potato products, such as these Mini Roasties. The manufacturing is primarily centered at the brand's large-scale production facility in Hull, East Yorkshire, which produces hundreds of millions of units annually for distribution across the UK and internationally.

In 2018, the brand moved into international corporate ownership when it was acquired by Nomad Foods, a leading European frozen food company. Despite the change in parent company, Aunt Bessie's maintains its strong British heritage and local production footprint in the Humber region, continuing to be managed as a key part of the Birds Eye Limited portfolio within the Nomad Foods group.
