Mövenpick Joghurt ice cream

Mövenpick Ice Cream is a globally recognized premium brand founded in Switzerland in 1948 by Ueli Prager. Originally developed for service in the high-end Mövenpick restaurants, it eventually expanded into retail markets, becoming famous for its "Swiss Premium" quality and its philosophy of using natural ingredients.

In 2003, Nestlé acquired the worldwide rights for the ice cream brand from the Mövenpick Group. Since 2016, the brand has been managed and manufactured by Froneri, a major global ice cream joint venture formed between Nestlé and PAI Partners. While the brand remains deeply rooted in its Swiss heritage with core production in locations like Rorschach, Switzerland, it is also manufactured and distributed across Europe and other international markets through various Froneri-operated facilities and licensing agreements.
