Gü desserts

Gü (pronounced 'goo') is a premium chilled dessert brand founded in London, United Kingdom, in 2003 by James Averdieck. The brand quickly became iconic for its indulgent glass ramekin packaging, helping it stand out in the UK and European markets by offering restaurant-quality treats such as cheesecakes, chocolate mousses, and melting middle puddings.

In 2010, the brand was acquired by Noble Foods, one of the UK's largest egg producers, who invested in a state-of-the-art 100,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Bishop's Stortford, England. This site remains the primary production hub for Gü's global distribution. In May 2021, the brand was acquired by Exponent Private Equity. As of 2026, the brand continues to operate under Exponent's ownership, recently achieving B-Corp certification and focusing on international expansion across Europe and the United States.
