While the raw coffee beans are sourced from premium growing regions across South and Central America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania, the industrial roasting and production process is centralized at the company's facilities in the O Ceao Industrial Park in Lugo, Spain. Ownership of the brand has been passed down through the family, and it is currently managed by the second generation, Enrique and Ramón Alonso.
