Cornet Oaked is a premium Belgian strong blond beer known for its distinctive smooth, vanilla-like finish. The brand is deeply rooted in history, named after Theodoor Cornet, who was commissioned in the 18th century by the Count of Steenhuffel to brew a powerful beer that could be aged in oak. This historical legacy is honored today through the modern brewing process at Brewery De Hoorn in Steenhuffel, Belgium, where the beer is aged using toasted oak chips to replicate the traditional barrel maturation.

Originally part of the Brouwerij Palm group, the brand and the brewery were acquired by the Dutch company Bavaria NV (now known as Royal Swinkels) in 2016. Today, Cornet operates as a flagship specialty brand within Royal Swinkels' extensive international portfolio. The production remains centered in its historical home in Belgium, maintaining the beer's authentic Belgian heritage while benefiting from the global distribution network of its Dutch parent company.
