While the company’s headquarters and design center are located in Hersbruck, Germany, its manufacturing operations are spread internationally. The brand utilizes a network of production sites in countries such as Germany, Lithuania, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Bosnia to maintain a balance of traditional craftsmanship and industrial efficiency. This global supply chain allows the brand to distribute its products to over 48 countries worldwide.

Ownership of the brand remains firmly within the founding family. As of 2026, Création Gross GmbH & Co. KG continues to operate as a fourth-generation family-run business, led by the Gross family. This independent ownership structure has allowed the brand to maintain its focus on sustainability and technical precision in menswear without the shifting priorities often associated with larger conglomerate acquisitions.
