As of 2026, the group remains under the leadership of the founding Hattori family, with Shinji Hattori serving as Chairman and Group CEO. The company operates through several key entities, including the Seiko Watch Corporation, which handles marketing and sales, and Seiko Instruments Inc., which focuses on precision manufacturing and components.
