Romstal is a prominent Romanian brand and distributor specializing in equipment for plumbing, heating, and cooling installations. Founded in 1994 by Enrico Perini, an Italian entrepreneur with Romanian citizenship, the company began by selling radiators and quickly expanded into a major regional player. While Romstal is primarily a distributor of third-party global brands, its parent group, Perini Lang Holding, owns several manufacturing entities that produce core components.

Manufacturing occurs across several countries in Eastern Europe. For instance, the Group's subsidiaries Valrom and Valplast operate multiple plants in Romania and Ukraine for the production of plastic pipes and fittings, while Belform Prod manufactures bathtubs in Romania.
