The brand was established in 1995 and has since grown to become one of Jordan's leading food manufacturers, known for its high-quality staples found in households and commercial kitchens across the Middle East and beyond.

The product range includes tomato paste, ketchup, mayonnaise, and traditional Middle Eastern staples such as Hummus with Tahini. The brand is produced by Al Barakeh Food Industries LLC, which operates a large-scale modern manufacturing facility in the Al Jizah region, south of Amman. This facility utilizes advanced technologies, including Tetra Pak production lines, to maintain consistency and quality in its packaging. Today, the brand remains under the ownership of its founding company in Jordan and continues to export its products to Arab, European, and American markets.
