In a historic shift in 2025, the beverage division of Postobón S.A. was acquired by the Guatemalan multinational Grupo Mariposa (through its subsidiary Central America Bottling Corporation - CBC). While the brand remains deeply rooted in its Colombian heritage and maintains its headquarters in Medellín, its ultimate ownership now resides in Guatemala.
