Bunnings Warehouse is the leading retailer for home improvement and outdoor living products in Australia and New Zealand. While Bunnings itself is a retail service provider and does not manufacture products in a single factory, it sources inventory from thousands of suppliers globally. A significant portion of its private-label products (such as Ozito and Matador) and general inventory is manufactured in Australia and China, as well as several other international locations.

The brand's history dates back to 1886 when brothers Arthur and Robert Bunning emigrated from London to Perth and established a sawmilling business. What began as a timber milling operation evolved significantly over the century. In 1952, Bunnings became a public company and expanded into the hardware retail sector. The iconic 'Warehouse' format was introduced in 1994, the same year the company was fully acquired by the Australian conglomerate Wesfarmers. Today, Bunnings is a cultural icon in its domestic markets, famous for its community 'sausage sizzles' and its trademark green and red branding.
