The production of the 'Les Deux Chênes' cuvée takes place entirely at the winery in Orange. The name, which translates to 'The Two Oaks,' refers to two historic oak trees on the property that symbolize the boundary between the Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes du Rhône Villages appellations. The estate is notable for its commitment to sustainability, having achieved organic certification in 2012 and transitioning to biodynamic farming practices in 2021.
