Specifically, the Trik brand was originally part of the Banini food company, which was headquartered in Kikinda, Serbia. Following financial difficulties, Banini was acquired in 2017 by Jaffa DOO Crvenka, which integrated the Trik product line into its own extensive portfolio.

The product is manufactured in Serbia, primarily at the facilities in Crvenka or the former Banini plant in Kikinda. Jaffa DOO Crvenka is owned by Kappa Star Limited, a holding company controlled by businessman Nebojša Šaranović. Under this ownership, the brand has maintained high quality standards, holding various international certifications such as HACCP and ISO standards. The product is widely distributed across Southeast Europe and exported to numerous international markets.
