Son Catiu Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Son Catiu is a premium extra virgin olive oil produced on the island of Mallorca, Spain. The brand is synonymous with the 'Oli de Mallorca' Designation of Origin (D.O.), which guarantees that the oil is produced following strict quality and geographical standards. The olives, primarily of the Arbequina and Picual varieties, are harvested from estates across the island and processed at the Son Catiu oil mill located between Inca and Llubí.

Founded in 2008, the company operates one of the largest and most modern oil presses in the Balearic Islands. The production process involves purely mechanical extraction at temperatures below 27°C (cold pressing) to preserve the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the fruit. As a locally owned enterprise, it maintains a strong focus on Mallorcan agricultural heritage, distributing its products through specialty shops and its own dedicated oil mill restaurant ('Pambolieria').
