Pastificio Liguori, established in 1795 in Gragnano, is one of Italy's oldest and most prestigious pasta producers. Located in the Campania region, a town legendary for its pasta-making heritage, Liguori was the first company in Italy to obtain the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certification for its 'Pasta di Gragnano'.

The product is manufactured exclusively in Italy at the historical site in Gragnano. It is renowned for the 'Liguori Method', which involves using 100% high-quality Italian durum wheat and pure spring water from the Monti Lattari. The pasta is processed using traditional bronze dies to create a rough texture that holds sauces effectively, followed by a slow-drying process at low temperatures to preserve the wheat's natural protein and nutritional value.

Today, the brand remains an independent family-owned company, overseen by the Casillo family, who revitalized the brand while maintaining its historical integrity. It is widely exported, representing the 'Made in Italy' standard in over 70 countries.
