Mit Digitale Selvforsvar (My Digital Self-Defense) is a prominent mobile application in Denmark designed to help consumers navigate safely in the digital world. The app was originally launched in the spring of 2017 as a collaborative effort between the Danish Consumer Council (Forbrugerrådet Tænk), the Danish Council for Crime Prevention (Det Kriminalpræventive Råd), and TrygFonden. Since 2018, it has been primarily operated and continuously developed through the partnership between Forbrugerrådet Tænk and TrygFonden.

The application serves as a real-time warning system, providing users with alerts about current digital threats such as phishing emails, fraudulent text messages, and malicious websites. It is maintained and developed within Denmark, reflecting its status as a critical piece of Danish digital infrastructure. In 2025, the app underwent a significant modernization process in collaboration with the digital agency Adapt to better combat AI-driven fraud. Ownership remains collective between the non-profit consumer organization and the commercial foundation, ensuring it stays free and accessible to all Danish citizens.
