VLCC (Vandana Luthra Curls and Curves) is a prominent Indian wellness and beauty brand founded in 1989 by Vandana Luthra. Originally established as a beauty and weight management center in New Delhi, the company expanded into a comprehensive range of personal care products, including skincare, haircare, and body care. The brand is well-known for integrating traditional Ayurvedic principles with modern science.

In January 2023, the global investment firm Carlyle Group acquired a majority stake in VLCC to accelerate its growth and digital presence. Despite the acquisition, the founders maintain a significant stake in the company. VLCC's manufacturing operations are concentrated in its own facilities located in India and Singapore. Today, the brand operates in over 11 countries across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, serving millions of customers through its retail clinics and a vast distribution network of over 110,000 retail stores.
