Bristot Espresso coffee beans

Bristot is a historic Italian coffee brand founded in 1919 by Domenico Bristot in Belluno, located at the foot of the Dolomites. The brand's identity is deeply rooted in this region, which is often considered the cradle of Italian gelato makers; as these artisans traveled across Europe, they took Bristot coffee with them, helping the brand gain international recognition.

Today, the product is still roasted and blended in its original home of Belluno, Italy. Over time, the family business evolved and in 1989 was reorganized into Procaffé S.p.A., which brought several regional historical brands under one roof. Since 2000, Procaffé and its flagship brand Bristot have been owned by the Wedl Group, an international trading company based in Austria. Despite the international ownership, the brand maintains its 'Made in Italy' status with all production and its specialized Coffee Academy remaining in Belluno.
