The product is manufactured in Bulgaria, specifically at OMK's facilities in cities like Plovdiv or Sliven. While the brand has deep Bulgarian roots, its corporate ownership has evolved; United Milk Company was acquired by the Greek dairy giant Vivartia, making it a subsidiary of one of the largest food groups in Southeast Europe. This transition has allowed the Fibella Wave brand to leverage international distribution networks while maintaining its local manufacturing base and specialized recipes, such as chocolate, banana, and strawberry milk variants.
